Frequently asked questions
What types of raw materials do you supply?
We supply natural rubber and additives, chemicals and performance materials, adhesives, marine paints and lubricants, fertilisers and Malaysian palm oil products. This includes SMR rubber, RSS 1, NBR latex, synthetic latex, industrial chemicals (acids, alkalis, solvents), specialty chemicals (resins, dispersions, stabilisers) and adhesive solutions.
Do you carry standard grades or can you provide customised specifications?
Both. We stock standard grades commonly used in rubber, plastics and chemical applications, and we can work with manufacturers to supply custom formulations or packaging to suit your requirements.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ depends on the product. For bulk chemicals it is usually in drums, IBCs or flexibags, while for rubber products it can be in bales or containers. Share your target volume and we will confirm the MOQ for that material.
Can you provide technical documents like TDS or MSDS?
Yes. We provide Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) on request for all our raw materials.
Which industries do you mainly serve?
Tyre and rubber manufacturing, automotive and industrial parts, plastics and coatings, construction adhesives and sealants, food and beverage (approved grades), water treatment and agriculture, shipping and marine, and edible oils and oleochemicals.
Do you export outside Malaysia?
Yes. We supply both domestic and international markets, with strong experience handling FOB, CFR and CIF shipments through major Malaysian ports.
How fast can you deliver after an order is confirmed?
Stock items typically ship in 1 to 3 weeks. Special or custom orders may take 4 to 6 weeks. We always confirm the delivery schedule in our quotation.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are TT (telegraphic transfer) in advance, or partial advance with the balance before shipment. Extended terms may be discussed with long-term customers.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. For certain products we can provide trial samples or small packs so you can test quality and suitability before committing to a larger volume.
